　　【活动介绍】

　　首届中国慈善排行榜诞生于2004年，今年是第五届。作为“榜样公益”系列活动之一，是中国公益领域最具影响力的年度盛事，被学界誉为开创了“政府指导、民间主办、媒体发布”的信息披露模式，更是被社会各界誉为一份与财富排行榜相对应的中国财富阶层的爱心与责任清单。

　　历届中国慈善排行榜活动均得到了党和国家领导人、政府部门、社会团体、商界名家、社会名流、经济学界、社会学界与强势媒体的广泛参与关注。

　　近五年来，中国慈善事业得到进一步发展，参与慈善活动的主体不断增多，全社会慈善意识不断增强，慈善资源的开发不断拓展，慈善捐助税收比例大幅度提高，发展慈善事业受到越来越多的关注。

　　正是在这样一个五年，中国慈善排行榜与中国慈善家、慈善企业携手共同成长，已经形成了一个互动发展的良好局面。同时，我们也更加欣喜地看到，中国企业家已经不是简单地停留在捐赠层面了，公益事业正成为他们企业持续发展的战略组成部分。主要体现在两方面，一是企业家的捐赠正在向专业化、组织化的方向转变；二是企业参与慈善事业正由道德义务向战略转变，这是中国的企业和企业家参与慈善公益的一个可喜的、根本的转变。

　　本届年度慈善排行榜是前四届排行榜的自然延续，并实现了顺利升级，主要体现在以下五个方面：

　　首先，中国慈善排行榜执行委员会专家评审团在连续四年慈善数据统计的经验基础上，制定设计出中国首套中国慈善捐赠数据调查体系，目前已经运用到2008中国慈善排行榜的数据统计及整理过程中。同时，委托成立的“中国慈善捐赠数据调查统计志愿服务团”来完成数据的调查核实工作，相应的财务和法律问题也委托国际知名会计师公司和律师事务所完成，形成一套可以具有完整评价指标的工作体系。

　　第二，努力将中国慈善排行榜打造成一份来自民间的爱心榜单。榜单的排定以及各奖项的评选，完全由民间机构和民间人士来实施。同时，发起成立中国公益传媒联盟。

　　第三，将发布《中国慈善捐赠发展蓝皮书》和《中国慈善家年鉴》，用于记录和分析近五年来中国慈善捐赠市场进程。今后将每年发布一本《中国慈善捐赠发展年度蓝皮书》，蓝皮书发布成为中国慈善排行榜活动的重要组成部分之一。

　　第四，本届慈善排行榜发布典礼将继续通过电视节目直播或录播（拟定中央电视台或凤凰卫视）。

　　第五，本届慈善排行榜将增加一个特别奖项，这就是“奥运慈善特别奖”，对北京奥运赞助商中对慈善事业做出特殊贡献的企业给予特别表彰。

　　中国慈善排行榜是在党和国家领导人关怀下，在国家有关部委和群团组织指导下，在主流民间组织和社会界各界的大力支持下，逐步发展完善起来的，历届榜单发布典礼都有国家领导人莅临指导。本届榜单发布典礼将在4月22日－25日举行。除了发布固定的中国慈善家排行榜、慈善企业排行榜两张榜单外，增设了五年累计的“中国慈善排行榜”，盘点五年来的社会捐赠。同时，在原有颁奖典礼的基础上，我们还增加了企业公益高端战略论坛和顶级慈善晚宴。

　　“中国慈善排行榜”遵循政府指导、机构参与、社会监督、媒体发布的原则，这是一张权威、专业、严肃、客观的爱心清单，记录了中国慈善事业光辉的发展历程，见证了中华民族博爱至善的传统美德，谱写了和谐社会下所创造的不朽诗篇！

　　作为年度公益盛事，“中国慈善排行榜”活动，是中国第一档由政府领导人、著名慈善家、国内外社会名流、一流企业家、公益组织精英共同参与的“慈善中国”盛典！

　　“中国慈善排行榜”，旨在通过宣传榜样的力量，鼓励全民捐赠行为，弘扬现代公益精神，繁荣中国公益事业，为构建社会主义和谐社会作出贡献！

　　The 2008 charity list is former four natural continuation, and it achieves a smooth upgrade. It primarily reflecte in the following five areas:
