01|马来西亚云顶王城预计2026年首期竣工

King's Park Development Sdn Bhd公司最近为旗下即将在马来西亚云顶高原开发的云顶王城综合娱乐项目开设了展销廊。

这个占地150英亩的五期项目将包括两个主题公园、服务式公寓、30层的云顶高原瑞士酒店、清真中心、占地1.1万平方米的文化街。

01|Phase I of King's Park expected to be completed in 2026

King's Park Development Sdn Bhd recently opened a sales gallery for its upcoming King's Park entertainment complex in Malaysia's Genting Highlands.

The five-phase, 150-acre project will include two theme parks, apartments, a 30-story Swissotel Genting Highlands, a halal center, and a 11,000 square meters cultural street.

02|Alamanda购物中心重建计划公布

02|Putrajaya’s Alamanda Shopping Centre’s redevelopment plan announced

Retail asset management group Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd has released plans for the redevelopment of the Alamanda Shopping Centre in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The redevelopment will include an expanded retail space of approximately 50,000 square feet, along with enlarged entertainment facilities, enlarged entertainment facilities and an adventure park at the Esplanade.

The project has already started and is set for completion and relaunch in 2024 and it is the largest to kick off commencement in Putrajaya this year.

7月22日,日本户外品牌鹿牌首家海外门店在上海开业。门店面积约140平方米,销售帐篷、椅子和炊具等约500种商品,也设有咖啡店。

鹿牌创立于1967年,有露营界优衣库之称,截至2021年已有大约20000款产品,覆盖露营新手到骨灰级玩家需求。

Founded in 1967, Captain Stag is known as Uniqlo in the camping industry and has about 20,000 products by 2021, covering the needs of novice campers to hardcore gamers.

Beauty giant L 'Oreal reported a 13.7% y-o-y increase in sales to €10.2 billion in its fiscal Q2 (ended 30 June). In H1 of 2023, its sales rose 13.3% y-o-y to €20.57 billion.

By region, Europe overtook North Asia to become the largest market, with sales in the European jumping 18% to €6.491 billion in H1. Sales in North Asia, where China is located, rose 4% to €5.653 billion.

According to the company, WWP Beauty's production operations in China account for more than 90% of its total staff of packaging and formulation specialists. After the transaction, AMPAC will be renamed WWP Beauty.
