速度轮滑场地赛:国际标准200米赛道

速度轮滑公路赛:500米封闭环形沥青跑道

花样轮滑:室内50米×25米,硬地面

自由式轮滑:室外50米×20米,硬地面

单排轮滑球:室内50米×25米,硬塑地板

双排轮滑球:室内40米×20米,硬塑地板

轮滑阻拦:室外33米×23米,硬地面

八、参加办法

(一)参加人员

1、各地方(地区)代表队在编人员为:

团长(领队):1人

副团长(副领队):2-4人

总务:2人

管理:1人

教练:速滑:2人

花样:4人

自由式:2人

单排轮滑球:2人

双排轮滑球:2人

轮滑阻拦:2人

2、速度轮滑

每队最多32位运动员(包括场地赛与公路赛)

男运动员最多16人(成年、青年组各8人)、女运动员最多16人(成年、青年组各8人)。

其中,每个地方(地区)在各组别、各小项最多报2人(接力项目不受此限)。

3、花样轮滑

单人自由滑:成年、青年、少年组、少儿组男女各3人。

单人舞蹈:成年、青年、少年组、少儿组男女各3人。

双人舞蹈:成年、青年、少年组、少儿组男女各3对。

双人滑:成年、青年、少年组、少儿组男女各3对。

单排单人自由滑:成年、青年、少年组、少儿组男女各3人。

团队秀:

小团:6-12人+2名替补:3队

中团:8-16人+2名替补:3队

大团:16-30人+4名替补:3队

四人秀:成年、青年、少儿组:4人+1名替补:3队

队列滑:成年、青年:16人+4名替补:3队。

4、自由式轮滑

每队最多32位运动员。

男运动员最多16人、女运动员最多16人,同一运动员可兼报不同项目。

速度过桩:男女运动员最多各6人(成年组3人、青年组3人)。

花式绕桩:男女运动员最多各6人(成年组3人、青年组3人)。

花式对抗:男女运动员最多各6人(成年组3人、青年组3人)。

双人花式绕桩:最多2对。

花式刹停:男女运动员最多各3人。

平地跳高:男女运动员最多各3人。

双人花式绕桩不分性别与年龄组,花式刹停和平地跳高不分年龄组。

5、单排轮滑球

每队各可报8-16名运动员(包括2名守门员)。

6、双排轮滑球

每队限报12名运动员(包括3名守门员)。

7、轮滑阻拦

每队8至15名运动员,另可报5名替补运动员。

(二)年龄分组

1、速度轮滑

成年组:2004年12月31日及以前出生

青年组:2005年1月1日至2008年12月31日之间出生

2、花样轮滑

成年组:2004年12月31日及以前出生

青年组:2005年1月1日-2006年12月31日之间出生

少年组:2007年1月1日-2007年12月31日之间出生

少儿组:2008年1月1日-2009年12月31日之间出生

注:所有组别的运动员年龄不可低于12岁。即运动员须在2011年12月31日及以前出生。

双人滑和双人舞蹈的参赛组别将依据两人间年长同伴的年龄报名。

3、自由式轮滑

成年组:2004年12月31日及以前出生

青年组:2005年1月1日至2013年12月31日出生

4、单排轮滑球

成年组:2008年1月1日及以前出生

青年组:2004年12月31日至2009年1月1日出生

5、双排轮滑球

成年组:2009年12月31以前出生

U19组(男子):2005年1月1日至2009年12月31日之间出生

6、轮滑阻拦

2009年12月31日及以前出生

(三)所有参加比赛的运动员必须在赛前持有有效证件接受年龄和代表资格检查。

九、竞赛办法

(一)采用世界轮滑联合会各单项委员会最新发布的竞赛规则。

(二)各参赛运动队(员)必须统一着装参加入场式(或开幕式),必须统一着比赛服参赛。轮滑鞋、护具等器材须适合各轮滑项目竞赛的特点和需要,保证安全。

(三)花样轮滑:

1、音乐和动作顺序表(从世界轮滑联合会网站获得使用可编辑的PDF格式文档),每个(地方/地区)协会必须在2023年10月10日前递交到组委会电子邮箱crsa_cn@163.com。

2、运动员音乐(MP3、MP4)每个文件名要求:选手:名-姓-组别(青年/成年/少年/少儿)-项目-(单人滑,双人滑,舞蹈等)-短或长节目,风格舞或自由舞,团队秀和队列滑队伍名称。允许声乐。

(四)自由式轮滑运动员必须在“最终报名”截止之前,将表演音乐名称改为组别-性别-姓名-项目,以MP3格式发邮件至crsa_cn@163.com。

十、录取名次及奖励办法

(一)本届锦标赛各单项组别分别录取前6名给予奖励。其中前三名将获得金、银、铜奖牌、证书,第4至6名将获得证书。

(二)比赛(每个项目/组别)必须超过2个地方/地区参加。如果只有1个地方/地区,项目/组别将取消。报名不足3人(对、队)的将被设为表演项目。

(三)澳大利亚和新西兰运动员的名次和奖励将单独录取(双排轮滑球比赛暨亚太双排轮滑球锦标赛除外)。

十一、报名及日程

(一)预报名

请各会员地方(地区)将预报名表于8月30日前发电子邮件至crsa_cn@163.com与 asia@worldskate.org 。

(二)最终报名

请各会员地方(地区)将最终报名表于9月25日前发电子邮件至上述邮箱。

(三)日程

十二、报名费

(一)速度轮滑运动员每人50美元,接力赛另收每队50美元。

(二)花样轮滑、自由式轮滑:单人项目每人50美元,双人项目每对50美元,团队秀、四人秀和队列滑每队50美元。

(三)单、双排轮滑球、轮滑阻拦每队150美元。

(四)澳大利亚和新西兰运动员不用交报名费,双排轮滑球比赛除外,因为它也是亚太双排轮滑球锦标赛。

十三、其他

(一)比赛主办单位有权无偿使用运动员的图片、录像等进行旨在促进轮滑运动发展的各项宣传、推广活动。

(二)请各参赛队和个人务必针对本次比赛自行办理伤病意外事故保险。

(三)填写报名表并前来参赛视为同意规程的一切规定。

(四)食宿安排及当地交通另行通知。

(五)建议各地方协会安排一位专人随队负责媒体宣传,及时向社交媒体分享精彩瞬间。媒体官员也将收到组委会的通行证。

8.2 Team Formation

8.2.1 Speed Skating (32 skaters in maximum for track and road)

A maximum of 16male skaters (8 for senior, and 8 for junior) and 16 female skaters (8 for senior, and 8 for junior) are allowed for each participating country /region. Each event is limited to 2 skaters per country / region (relay not included).

8.2.2 Artistic Skating

Free Skating: 3 men and women for senior, junior, youth and cadet.

Solo Dance: 3 men and women for senior, junior, youth and cadet.

Couple Dance: 3 couple for senior, junior, youth and cadet.

Pair Skating: 3 pairs for senior, junior, youth and cadet.

Inline Free Skating: 3 men and women for senior, junior, youth and cadet.

Show: Small Show: 6-12 Skaters + 2 reserves: 3 teams.

Junior Show: 8-16 Skaters + 2 reserves: 3 teams.

Large Show: 16-30 Skaters + 4 reserves: 3 teams.

Quartet: senior, junior and cadet: 4 Skaters + 1 reserve: 3 teams.

Precision: senior and junior: 16 Skaters + 4 reserves: 3 teams

8.2.3 Inline Freestyle (32 skaters in maximum)

For each country or region: no more than 16 men skaters and no more than 16 women skates are allowed to enter. One skater can compete in different events.

Speed Slalom: a maximum of 6 men skaters (3 seniors and 3 juniors) and 6 women skaters (3 seniors and 3 juniors)

Freestyle Slalom Classic: a maximum of 6 men skaters (3 seniors and 3 juniors) and 6 women skaters (3 seniors and 3 junior)

Freestyle Slalom Battle: a maximum of 6 men skaters (3 seniors and 3 juniors) and 6 women skaters (3 seniors and 3 juniors)

Freestyle Slalom Pair: 2 pairs in maximum

Freestyle Slide: a maximum of 3 men skaters and 3 women skaters

Free Jump: a maximum of 3 men skaters and 3 women skaters

Freestyle Slalom Pair shall not be classified by age or sex group. Freestyle Slide and Free Jumpshall not be classified by age group.

8.2.4 Inline Hockey: Team rosters will consist of a minimum of six (6) floor players and two (2) goalies and a maximum of 14 floor players and 2 goalies.

8.2.5 Rink Hockey: a maximum of 12 skaters including 3 goalkeepers for each team

8.2.6 Roller Derby

8 to 15 skaters and 5 substitutes for each team

8.3 Age Groups

8.3.1 Speed Skating

Senior: born on or before December 31st,2004

Junior: born between January 1st, 2005 and December 31st, 2008

8.3.2 Artistic Skating

Senior: born on or before December 31st, 2004

Junior: born between January 1st,2005 and December 31st, 2006

Youth: born between January 1st,2007 and December 31st, 2007

Cadet: born between January 1st,2008 and December 31st, 2009

The minimum age for all skaters in categories Cadet and above is 12. This means the skaters MUST be born on or before December 31st,2011.

For pairs and couple dance, the category will be determined by the age of the oldest partner.

8.3.3 Inline Freestyle

Senior: born on or before December 31st, 2004

Junior: born between January 1st,2005 and December 31st, 2013

8.3.4 Inline Hockey

Senior: born on Jan 1 st 2008 and older

Junior: skaters born between December 31st 2004 and Jan 1st 2009

8.3.5 Rink Hockey

Senior: born before December 31st, 2009

U19 (Men): born between January 1st, 2005 and December 31st, 2009

8.3.6 Roller Derby

Skaters born on or before December 31st, 2009

8.4 Passport (ID) control will be organized before competition.

9 COMPETITION METHOD

9.1 The latest version of the rules of every discipline of World Skate shall be applied in the competition.

9.2 It is a must for all skaters from the same team to wear the uniform garments to attend the marching-in ceremony and take part in all competitions. The skates, pats and other equipment should be adequate for the safety of the competition. The helmets are compulsory for speed skating.

9.3 Music

9.3.1 Artistic: Music and Content sheets (use the editable PDF from World Skate Website). Each (Country / Region) Federation must be submitted to the organizer before October 10th, 2023 by email to crsa_cn@163.com, in a USB (in mp3, mp4) the day before the competition.

The name of each file should be: Skater’s Name_Skater’s Last Name – Category (junior/senior/youth/cadet) – Modality (free skating, pairs, dance etc) – short or long program, style dance or free dance. For Show and Precision the name of the group.

Vocal music is allowed.

9.3.2 Inline Freestyle: music for Freestyle Slalom Classic and Freestyle Slalom Pair must be on MP3 format and must be submitted to the organizer before the deadline for the Final Entry by email to crsa_cn@163.com, and the name of the MP3 should be: Category – Gender - Skater’s Name - Single or Pair Slalom.

10 RANKING & AWARDING

10.1 The top 6 (six) places of each category will be awarded. The top 3 (three) places will be awarded medals and certificates, the 4th to 6th places will be awarded certificates.

10.2 The competition (each event/category) must be competed with athletes over 2 (two) countries /regions. If there is only athletes from one country/region, the event/category shall be cancelled.Should the number of participants be less 3 (three persons / pairs / teams), the event shall be organized as demonstrative one.

10.3 Results of the Australian and New Zealand skaters will be recorded officially, while be ranked and awarded separately, except in the Rink Hockey Competition, as it is the Asia-Oceania Championship.

11 ENTRY and SCHEDULE

11.1 Preliminary Entry

All participating countries or regions are kindly requested to send their Preliminary Entry Forms by email to crsa_cn@163.com and asia@worldskate.org no later than August 30th, 2023.

11.2 Final Entry

All participating countries or regions are kindly requested to send their final entry forms by email to the above email address no later than September 25th, 2023

11.3 Schedule

12 EXPENSES

12.1 Entry Fee

12.1.1 Speed: 50USD/per skater, 50USD/per relay team.

12.1.2 Artistic and Freestyle: 50USD/per skater, 50USD/per pair, 50USD/per team for precision and quartet.

12.1.3 Hockey (Inline / Rink): 150USD/per team

12.1.4 Roller Derby: 150USD/per team

12.1.5 No entry fee for skaters from Australia and New Zealand, except in the Rink Hockey Competition, as it is the Asia-Oceania Championship

13 MISCELLANEOUS

13.1 The organizers reserve the right to use the photo, audio & video materials, etc. of all skaters for the purpose of promoting the roller sports.

13.2 It is a must that all participating teams and individuals should buy Insurances against Accidents and Illnesses.

13.3 Your entry & participation shall be regarded as your acceptance of all the articles of those regulations.

13.4 Accommodation, food and local transportation information will be in further bulletin.

13.5 We kindly suggest to the National Federations that they have a specialized media person with their team and use it for advertising and sharing the nice moment of this great event in social medias and news. The media official should receive a registry card from the organizing committee.
