微软将进军医疗保健业

　　Microsoft Corp. said on Monday it will buy Medstory Inc.,aCalifornia-based start-up company that develops Websearchtechnology for medical information.

　　The worlds largest software maker, which did notdisclosefinancial terms of the deal, said the acquisition is partof abroader push into the consumer health-care market. Thecompanydeclined to say when the deal would close.

　　Microsoft said Medstorys search engine is more intuitivethanstandard Web queries and helps consumers find morerelevantinformation available on the Web and in medicaljournals.

　　美国微软公司周一宣布，将收购Ｍｅｄｓｔｏｒｙ公司。

　　微软未披露该交易的财务细节，该公司表示，这宗收购是公司扩大进军消费保健市场的其中一步。此外，该公司拒绝透露交易何时能结束。

　　微软表示，相较于标准网络查询，Medstory的搜索引擎更加直观，能帮助客户找到更多网络上和医学期刊中的相关信息。
