WPCS完成收购中国工程公司

　　WPCS International Incorporated , a leader indesign-buildengineering services for specialty communicationsystems andwireless infrastructure, has announced that it hascompleted theacquisition of the majority interest in China basedTaian AGSPipeline Construction Company Ltd. (TAGS). WPCS acquired60%ownership in TAGS for a purchase price of $1.6 million in cashandstock.
