苹果前CFO称乔布斯对股票期权回溯负有责任

　　Inc.s former finance chief said on Tuesday he relied onChiefExecutive Steve Jobs in the handling of backdated stockoptions,putting the spotlight on the companys co-founder inthescandal.

　　SEC charged former Chief Financial Officer Fred Andersonandex-General Counsel Nancy Heinen with securities fraud, butsettledwith Anderson on Tuesday. It said they schemed to backdatemorethan $20 million worth of stock options.

　　The agency said it would not bring enforcement action against,but that did not preclude more action against individuals atthecompany, said an SEC official in San Francisco.

　　苹果前财务长佛瑞德·安德森周二称，他在追溯股票期权时听信了首席执行官乔布斯，这将追溯股票期权造假一事的焦点引到了乔布斯身上。

　　美国证券交易委员会(SEC)指控安德森和公司前首席法律顾问南茜·海宁存在证券欺诈行为，不过周二与前者达成和解。SEC称，他们经过策划倒填了超过2000万美元的股票期权。SEC一位官员在旧金山表示，SEC不会对苹果采取任何行动，但并不排除对与公司有关的个人采取进一步行动。
