Motorola Inc. has agreed to pay $25 million to settleallegationsof an improper 2001 marketing support agreement withbankrupt cableoperator Adelphia Communications Corp., U.S.regulators said onTuesday.
SEC said the case involved a “round-trip”of cash betweenMotorola,a supplier of television set-top boxes, and Adelphia.
