　　中国花卉博览会始办于1987年，是中国目前规模最大、档次最高、影响力最广的国家级花事盛会，旨在集中中国花卉产业的丰硕成果，促进中外花卉产业的交流和合作，被誉为中国花卉界的“奥林匹克”。至今，已成功举办了六届，从规模、影响上都已大大加深，正在向着国际化的方向发展。

　　The 7th China Flowers Expo will be held at Qingzhou International Exhibition Center of Weifang City of Shandong Province on 26.September-5.October in 2009. More foreign and domestic flowers associations gardening organizations as well as famous enterprises and companies are invited warmly to attend the exposition.This session will provide an excellent opportunity for you to know the newest information and best products about flowers industry worldwide,and give you and your guest further mutual cooperation.Series of activities including forum、technology and culture will also be held during the exhibition period.

　　·第七届中国花卉博览会举办地山东省青州市是中国古九州之一，风光秀丽，文化灿烂；现在是中国优秀旅游城市和著名的中国花木之乡。青州市属大陆性季风气候，年平均气温12.3℃；地下水丰富，水质良好，土壤肥沃，具有发展花卉苗木生产与经营的良好自然条件，是中国盆花生产中心、中国盆栽集散中心和中国花木物流中心。目前，全市花木种植面积10万亩，年产盆花3亿盆。位于青州的中国北方花卉交易中心，室内交易面积13万平方米，室外交易面积25万平方米，花木专业运输车2000多辆，是中国北方最大的花木交易市场，中国南花北运、北花南移的中转站，年交易额25亿元。由中国社会科学院、中国林科院、北京林业大学等单位专家论证、规划的35平方公里的“青州花卉博览园”正在建设之中，规划面积4000亩的花卉高科技示范园，正以优惠的政策对外招商。

　　Shandong Province - one of the birthplaces of the Chinese cultures and civilization, a state of ceremonies, is the hometown of the Confucius and Mencius. Weifang city is an opening city around the Bohai wan Sea, a well-known kite capital city in the world and the birthplace of the agriculture industrialization.

　　The host city Qingzhou will be held the 7th China Flowers Expo, one of the nine prefectures in ancient China, with beautiful andscape and splendid culture. Now Qingzhou is a famous flowers and plants hometown and a China top tourism city .It has temperate continental monsoon climate and the average temperature in the whole year is 12.3℃. The rich? groundwater , the good quality water and fine soil provide? good natural conditions for the growth and management of the flowers. Qingzhou is the China pot flower production center, China pot flower distribution center and flowers and plants logistic center.At present, the total flower and plants area is 100000 mu and the annual production of the pot flower is 300 million, which is the biggest potted flowers and plants in China. As the biggest Northern China flowers and plants trading center, Qingzhou is the largest flowers hub in Northern China, a transfer station for flowers between southern and northern China,with 130000 square meters of indoor trading area, 250000 square meters of outdoor trading area. Also, 2000 special transport vehicles are used for transporting the flowers and plants.The amount of the business trading reaches 2.5 billions yuan every year. The Qingzhou Flower Horticulture Exposition is designed by the Chinese Academy of Social Science and Academy of China Forestry and Beijing Forestry University, with the planning area of 35 square kilometers ,is building and the flower High-tech.Demonstration Park with the planning area of 4000 mu is to be invested in the favourable policy .

　　参展程序 Application Procedures

　　参展商接受邀请后，请填写所附《参展商申请表》，以邮寄、传真或E-mail的方式发至山东省第七届中国花卉博览会执委会办公室（地址：山东省青州市范公亭路2511号）

　　参展商可以在中国花博网—第七届中国花卉博览会网站上填写《参展商申请表》进行网上报名。

　　执委会办公室在收到参展商《参展申请表》后5个工作日内，将就有关事宜（包括展区、展位的确定等）与参展商进一步确认并达成协议，同时签署《参展合同》。

　　1.Potential participators shall fill in the Application Form upon the acceptance of the lnvitation letter and send the form through mail,fax or email to the Shandong Provincial Executive Committee Office of the 7th China Flower Expo(Add:no.2511Fan Gongting Road of Qingzhou City of Shandong Province.

　　2. The potential participators shall also log on to the 7th China Flower Exposition website at https://www.7flowerexpo.com and fill in the Application Form online.

　　3.The Executive Committee Office will make confirmation on the application and reach an agreement with the potential participators on the some related issues (including the confirmation of exhibition area and exhibition boohs)within 5 working days after Exhibition Contract of the two parties.

　　·综合馆：分各省区市展区、港澳台展区和国际展区。由参展单位自行设计布展

　　·专题馆：由主、承办单位研究确定主题及内容，并进行设计布展 【室外展区】占地面积1320亩。以植物造景为主，由主、承办单位负责总体规划，各参展

　　· 单位按要求自行设计布展 【交易区】室内交易面积13万平方米，室外交易面积25万平方米，为参会客商提供花木及相关产品交易平台

　　［The exhibition area of room］ 97000 square meters

　　Comprehensive halls: including the booths from all provinces and cities , Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan booths, and international booths. All the booths? will be designed by the participants units .

　　Special boothes: the topic and contents of show design will be decided by the sponsors .

　　［The outdoor exhibition area］ The area is 1320 mu. It is mainly in the type of plant modeling , generally planed and schemed by the sponsors, and all the exhibitors can design their styles according to request.

　　［Trade area］ The indoor trade area is 130000square meters, the outdoor trade area is 250000 square meters, and both of them are providing trading platform for the traders with flowers and related products.
