这位超优秀的小姐姐，正是陆军首位初放单飞的女飞行员徐枫灿，她的故事更是一度惊艳全网……

徐枫灿于2017年入伍。当年，在12万名高中毕业生的激烈竞争中，她被陆军航空兵学院录取，成为陆军首批10名女飞行学员之一。可以说，她和同批录取的女飞行员们都是“万里挑一”的优秀。

央视军事报道称，22岁那年，徐枫灿从军校毕业，一毕业就加入了陆军第75集团军某空突旅，还开上了最新型的直-20。
相比之前在军校驾驶的战机，直-20操作更加复杂，精细度要求也高。第一次飞行，她就克服高原气流影响，及时修正参数偏差，成功完成了飞行课目。
回忆起第一次驾驶直-20，徐枫灿说：“相比于内心的喜悦，我更专注于自己手中的每一个操作。我觉得我们从来都不是‘花瓶’，我们是有实力的。”
而在成为真正的陆航女飞行员的路上，徐枫灿和战友们也经历了重重考验。
在去年的陆军航空兵学院飞行学员毕业联考中，包括徐枫灿在内的首批10名女飞行学员，完成了毕业联考全部课目。毕业联考不仅有飞行理论，还有军事基础、飞行技能等，要求可谓“能文能武”。

徐枫灿和战友们也曾被繁重的基础课目压得喘不过气来，也有过想放弃的时候，但每当这种想法在脑海里浮现时，徐枫灿总是告诉自己：“再坚持一下，再挺挺就好了，现在吃的苦，都是给未来铺的路。”

实际上，早在2020年8月，话题“陆军首批十名女飞行学员初放单飞”就曾登上热搜。

陈恬畅和韩佳宁也是学员名单上的两位飞行员，她们于去年6月从陆军航空兵学院毕业后，经过层层选拔考核，加入到第77集团军“英雄陆航旅”这个英雄团体。

陈恬畅和韩佳宁都与飞行有着不解之缘。陈恬畅的家就在机场旁边，从小就对蓝天无比向往。韩佳宁则是在了解到空军第八批女飞行员的事迹后，在心中种下了梦想的种子。

在飞行学院经过4年学习来到“英雄陆航旅”后，她们和所有新毕业飞行员一起接受了法规理论学习考核，还进行了多次座舱实习，不断夯实基础、提高飞行能力。
据报道，女飞行学员选拔的条件极其严格，身高必须在165到185厘米之间；体重在标准体重的85%～120%之间；按空军“C”型视力表双眼裸眼视力0.8以上；无色盲、色弱；高考成绩必须高于本省一本分数线等。
Based on the recruitment conditions released by China's Ministry of National Defense, women must reach a height between 165 and 185 centimeters with 20/25 vision, plus a high score in the national university entrance examination, or gaokao.

在当年的高考中，韩佳宁取得661分（理工）的成绩，超过A批线100多分，被空军航空大学航空飞行与指挥专业录取，由此成为海南历史上首位高中毕业生女飞行学员。
Han achieved a score of 661 in gaokao, 100 points over the required level, becoming the first female high school graduate to attend the PLA training institute in Hainan.
