民宿的诞生总是饱含着热爱，那如何打造富有个性化的民宿空间呢，主要是四个方面，八字真言:新旧、去留、隐野、调度。新旧：从旧到新的巧妙过度，不仅仅是新旧建筑及结构材料的对比，也是历史与现代的碰撞发生时所赋予的空间张力；去留：牺牲私密空间，扩大交往性质的公共空间，彰显空间的气质；隐野：依据地势走向，景观视野的不同而进行高度与进退的取舍平衡，隐而不缀，野而不乱，保持空间的独有逻辑；调度：兼具腔调与温度的双重体验感，民宿空间不是一味得高冷排斥，融合温度与灵魂兼并的人文关怀。

根据空间新定义考虑其使用需求，采用灵活的现代手法来丰富建筑与空间层次。中国自古就有顺“势”而为的说法，以势建造在建筑设计中至关重要，“势”一方面是地势，另一方面则是人势。在地势上，一是要顺应当地气候，符合当地人的居住习惯；二是要顺应地面高差建造，减少对自然环境的破坏。

一、山东无名境
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
项目选址于三线军工厂旧址，这里承载着厚重的历史记忆。面对保留较为完整的军工厂建筑，是拆掉还是保留？这个问题摆在了设计师的面前。经过深思熟虑，他决定采取一种既尊重历史又富有创新的策略。首先，选择“传承记忆”作为设计的核心理念。根据每栋建筑的特色与现状，有针对性地保留历史建筑片墙，让每处记忆都能得以留存。当游客漫步其中时，仿佛能听到历史的回声，感受到那段峥嵘岁月的沧桑巨变。其次，注重“新旧呼应”，让历史建筑与新建建筑在情境上互相融合与呼应。通过巧妙的设计手法，将新老建筑巧妙地搭配在一起，让红色记忆得以延续和传承。这种新旧交融的设计方式，不仅展现了历史的厚重感，也赋予了现代建筑新的生命力。
The project is located at the former site of the third Line munitions factory, which carries a heavy historical memory. In the face of relatively intact arms factory buildings, should we tear them down or keep them? This question is presented to designers. After much deliberation, he decided on a strategy that was both respectful of history and innovative. First of all, choose "inheritance of memory" as the core concept of design. According to the characteristics and current situation of each building, the historical building wall is retained in a targeted way, so that every memory can be retained. When visitors walk in it, it seems that they can hear the echo of history and feel the great changes of that eventful time. Secondly, focus on the "old and new echo", so that historical buildings and new buildings in the context of the integration and echo each other. Through clever design techniques, the new and old buildings are cleverly matched together, so that the red memory can be continued and inherited. This blending of old and new design not only shows the depth of history, but also gives new vitality to modern architecture.
建筑由26栋小楼以及1栋老房组成，在踏入场地的第一刻，扑面而来的军工纪念墙，把游客带回到 1960 年代， 与当年的人物进行跨时空的对话，近距离感受沂蒙精神与军工文化。在场地景观最佳的位置，酒吧与室外泳池相邻，能远处巍峨的岱崮地貌，一览无余，尽收眼底。

At the first moment of entering the site, the military industry memorial wall comes to the face, bringing visitors back to the 1960s, having a dialogue with the characters of that year across time and space, and feeling the Yimeng spirit and military industry culture at close range. In the best location of the site, the bar is adjacent to the outdoor pool, and can have a sweeping view of the towering Daigu landform in the distance.
二、室内美学
INTERIOR AESTHETICS
踏入民宿的接待大厅，那片遗留的墙壁仿佛在诉说着军工厂的辉煌岁月。工业风格的设计元素，让这里充满了历史的气息。餐厅里，新旧材质的巧妙融合，让人在新的空间中感受到旧时光的温度。沿着楼梯拾级而上，二层的历史漫道与观景塔交相辉映。漫步其中，仿佛穿越了时空隧道，与过去的岁月对话。站在观景塔上，俯瞰四周，天地之广阔尽收眼底，让人不禁感叹历史的沧桑与变迁。
Entering the reception hall of the homestay, the remaining wall seems to tell the glorious days of the munitions factory. The industrial style design elements make this place full of history. In the restaurant, the clever fusion of old and new materials makes people feel the temperature of the old time in the new space. Up the stairs, the historic walkway on the second floor is matched with the observation tower. Walking among them, as if through the tunnel of time and space, dialogue with the past years. Standing on the observation tower, overlooking the surrounding area, the vast view of heaven and earth can not help but lament the vicissitudes and changes of history.
