运行中的柴油发电机组会产生大量的热量，如果散热不当就会引起机组升温，升温到一定程度就会导致柴油发动机烧毁或降低寿命。正值岁未年关，柴油发电机组常常处于停机状态，尤其需要注意机组散热器的保养与使用。

Operating diesel generator set will produce huge heat, the generator set will be warmed up if the heat cannot be dissipated properly, the diesel engine will be damaged or its service life will be reduced once the temperature raised to a certain degree. As now is the end of the year, the generator set is usually in a inoperative status, special attention should be paid to the maintenance and operation of the radiator for the generator set.

一、更换散热器中（水箱）中的冷却液。推荐添加足量的防冻液，以防散热器、缸体冻裂； 二、如柴油发电机组没有添加防冻液，在使用完毕停机后放干净机体和散热器中的冷却水； 三、对使用的机油和柴油进行更换。推荐机油更换浓度相对较低的，柴油使用凝点低于常温5摄氏度以上的（视地区而定）； 四、开机时，适当增加怠速运行时间，确定机体温度达到相对的温度，再高速运行，推荐怠速运行：8-10分钟。

First is to change the coolant inside the radiator(water tank). Adding enough antifreeze liquid is recommended to prevent the radiator and the tank from being frozen to crack; second, if no antifreeze liquid is added to the diesel generator set, drain the water inside the machine and radiator empty; third, change the engine oil and diesel. The engine oil which is of a comparatively low concentration is recommended. The diesel whose condensation point is 5 degree lower than normal temperature should be used(to be decided as per areas);fourth, when start the machine, increase the idle running time properly, high speed operation could be used after confirming that the machine temperature has reached the relative temperature, recommended idle running:8-10minutes.
