东方雨虹诞生于中国经济大发展的时代，自成立起便将目光着眼于全球，努力描绘着“世界的东方雨虹”这一宏伟蓝图。但多年来，我们跟随着国内房地产行业高歌猛进，向“世界”探索开拓的步伐却稳健谨慎，以致海外市场份额所占不多，只能是“锦上添花”的那朵“花”。要真正成为“世界的东方雨虹”，仍需长久努力。因此，面对中国房地产市场发展的骤然失速，东方雨虹一部分同事感到手足无措，甚至是惊慌失措，不知如何是好；另一部分同事则依然沉浸在过去房地产行业的“富贵”梦幻之中不能自拔，难以接受、难以适应、难以改变。但现实的惊雷已经落下，沉溺于梦境只会走向残酷的结局。
命运命运，就是要去“运”，才能知道是什么“命”。人只有在磨练和逆境中才能成材，自渡者方能自救。一个公司，特别是传统行业的公司，不在逆境中磨炼是不可能真正地成为优秀乃至卓越公司的。俗语讲“不受烟火不成神，不受折磨不成人”，东方雨虹要穿越这轮房地产周期，就必然要做好真正可验证的、长期艰苦奋斗的准备，敢于到海外看似陌生的市场去经受折磨、艰苦创业，探索东方雨虹的无限可能，这种“折磨”一定是极其痛苦漫长的。
但梧桐不甘衰谢，迎风尚有声，我们不信上天注定，我们只信事在人为。学愚公移山，观精卫填海，做苦工、苦做工，坚韧图成永远是东方雨虹人的奋斗主旋律。没有这个韧劲与决心，我们是无法穿越这个周期的。

Oriental Yuhong was born during a period of rapid economic growth in China, and from its inception, it set its sights on the global stage, diligently working toward the ambitious vision of "Building Nationally, Growing Globally". However, for many years, while we rode the wave of China's booming real estate sector, our global expansion remained steady and cautious. As a result, our international market share remained modest, serving as little more than a decorative flourish to our success at home. To truly achieve the goal of "Building Nationally, Growing Globally", Oriental Yuhong still has a long way to go. In light of the sudden slowdown in China's real estate market, some of our staff feel at a loss, even panicked, unsure of how to proceed. Others remain trapped in the illusion of prosperity created by the once-thriving real estate industry, finding it difficult to accept, adapt, or change. But the reality has struck like thunder, and remaining in a dream will only lead to a harsh outcome.
Destiny is made up of "fate" and "luck", and we can know what our "fate" truly is when "luck" does not favor us. People can only grow through hardship and adversity; only those who can save themselves can truly be saved. A company, especially one in a traditional industry, cannot become truly excellent or outstanding without being tempered in adversity. As the saying goes, "One cannot become a god without enduring the smoke and fire, and one cannot gain success without suffering pains." To go through this real estate cycle, Oriental Yuhong must be prepared for a truly verifiable, long-term arduous struggle. It should dare to go to seemingly unfamiliar overseas markets to endure torture, work hard to develop its business, and explore its infinite possibilities. This "torment" will inevitably be extremely painful and prolonged.
Yet the phoenix tree, unwilling to accept its fate, rustles its few leaves against the harsh wind. We don't believe in predestined fate; we only believe in human effort. We must learn from the stories of Yugong removing mountains and the bird Jingwei trying to fill the sea, and diligently immerse ourselves in hard work, as perseverance for success will forever be the main theme of the struggle for all of us in Oriental Yuhong.
