薛惊理先生，旅港侨胞，高级经济师，上海交大工商管理硕士研究生，东华大学在读博士。
1999年创办康赛妮集团有限公司，从事奢侈品纱线和面料的研发、生产与销售，经过20余年的发展，该集团已发展成为集染色、粗纺、精纺、半精纺、花式纱、高档面料、进出口贸易、数字化物流、智能制造、信息化平台于一体的绿色先进制造业产业集团，综合占地400余亩，员工1400余人，年产值超50亿元，是国家制造业单项冠军示范企业、国家绿色工厂、国家高新技术企业，也是宁波市科技进步一等奖和中国纺织行业科技进步一等奖获得者，同时是浙江省亩产领跑百强企业，是宁波智能化、数字化等先进制造业的杰出代表，2021年被浙江省授予“未来工厂”称号。
现担任浙江省政协委员、宁波市政协常委、中国侨商联合会常务副会长、浙江省侨商会常务副会长、陕西省侨商会会长、宁波市侨商会会长、新质企业家常务副会长等职。荣获全国侨联系统助力脱贫攻坚先进个人、全国羊绒行业十大领军人物、浙江省爱乡楷模、宁波市荣誉市民等荣誉。
热心公益慈善事业，多年来通过企业和个人等多种渠道已累计向社会捐赠超过7000万元人民币。慈善公益涉及助学、助医、帮困、救灾、产业扶贫、新农村建设等多个领域，荣获“慈善楷模”和“慈善之星”称号。

Mr Jingli Xue
Mr Jingli Xue is a senior economist who got amaster's degree in Business Administration at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and currently pursuing his PhD at Donghua University. He is also a Hong Kong resident and founder of Consinee Group, which was established in 1999. The company is engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of luxury yarns and fabrics. With more than 20 years of development, the group has grown into a green and advanced manufacturing industry cluster that integrates dyeing, coarse spinning, fine spinning, semi-worsted spinning, fancy yarn, high-end fabrics, import and export trade, digital logistics, intelligent manufacturing, and information platforms. It covers an area of more than 400 acres, has over 1,400 employees, and has an annual output value of over 5 billion yuan. The company is a national champion demonstration enterprise in manufacturing, a national green factory, a national high-tech enterprise, and has won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Ningbo and China's textile industry. It is also a leading enterprise in Zhejiang Province and an outstanding representative of advanced manufacturing industries such as intelligent and digital manufacturing in Ningbo. In 2021, it was awarded the title of "Future Factory" by Zhejiang Province.
He currently holds various positions such as a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a standing committee member of the Ningbo Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Executive Vice President of the China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, the Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang Association of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, the President of the Shaanxi Association of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, the President of the Ningbo Association of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs, and the Executive Vice President of the Hong Kong New Quality Entrepreneur Union. He is also enthusiastic about public welfare and charity causes. Over the years, he has donated more than 70 million yuan to society through various channels such as enterprises and personal donations.
About Thought Leadership Event
The Ingenuity Lab- Thought Leadership Event is a knowledge exchange platform jointly established between the Bank of China Ningbo Branch and Nottingham University Business School China, aimed at gathering government officials, corporate professionals, university faculty and students. By inviting renowned speakers from both domestic and international fields, the Thought Leadership Event aims to leverage the industry experience of the Bank of China, and the research and teaching strengths of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
