晚报讯在昨天举行的全国高血压日上海市心脑血管病防治宣传周活动上，记者获悉：本市35岁以上人群患高血压病的达29.8%，并有不断上升的趋势。尤其30岁左右年轻人近年患病率增加了一成。

　　这项由市卫生局和市疾病预防控制中心组织开展的上海16万人群抽样调查显示，在众多的高血压患者中只有46%知道自己得了高血压。更令人担忧的是，许多年轻人对高血压这一严重危害健康的疾病没有充分的认识。有20％以上的高血压病人担心长时间服药会出现耐药性，有的年轻患者更是不遵医嘱自行停药，从而错失了降压治疗的有效时机。

　　调查显示，长期焦虑、紧张，心理压力过高和性子急的人，患高血压比例最高。个性强、有过高的抱负，固执及好冲动的A型性格人，同比其他性格的人更容易患高血压。
