　　十一届全国人大三次会议举行闭幕会

　　3月14日（星期日）上午9时，第十一届全国人民代表大会第三次会议在人民大会堂举行闭幕会，表决关于政府工作报告的决议草案；表决关于2009年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2010年国民经济和社会发展计划的决议草案；表决关于2009年中央和地方预算执行情况与2010年中央和地方预算的决议草案；表决关于修改选举法的决定草案；表决关于全国人民代表大会常务委员会工作报告的决议草案；表决关于最高人民法院工作报告的决议草案；表决关于最高人民检察院工作报告的决议草案；表决关于确认全国人民代表大会常务委员会接受李东生辞去全国人大常委会委员职务的请求的决定草案。

　　记者可凭会议制发的记者证提前1小时20分钟起从人民大会堂东门南侧第一个门经安检入场，凭二楼记者证、三楼记者证在大礼堂二楼前3、5、7区就座（三楼关闭）。请在会议开始前5分钟停止现场报道活动。

　　会议开始前及结束后，记者可在人民大会堂东门外台阶下及大礼堂外进行采访活动，可在人民大会堂北大厅东侧的指定区域采访列席会议的国务院各部委负责人。会前的采访活动须在会议开始前10分钟停止。不要在天安门广场西侧路进行采访活动，以免影响交通。

　　记者车辆请从天安门广场东侧路入口进指定停车场依次停放。

　　At 9:00am on March 14th, 2010 (Sunday, theClosingSession of the 3rd Session of the 11th NPC will be convenedat theGreat Hall of the People. During the session, the deputieswill voteon the draft resolution on the Report on the Work of theGovernment,on the draft resolution on the Implementation of theNationalEconomic and Social Development Plan for 2009 and theNationalEconomic and Social Development Plan for 2010, on thedraftresolution on the Implementation of the central and localbudget for2009 and the central and local budget for 2010, on thedraftdecision on amending the Electoral Law, on the draftresolution onthe Report of the Work of the NPC Standing Committee,on the draftresolution on the Report of the Work of the SupremePeople"sCourt, on the draft resolution on the Report ofthe Work of theSupreme People"s Procuratorate, on theDraft Decision of theStanding Committee of the NationalPeople"s Congress on theconfirmation of accepting therequest of Li Dongsheng"sresignation from the StandingCommittee of the NationalPeople"s congress.

　　Journalists may enter the Great Hall of thePeopleby passing the security check at the first door of the southpassageof its East Gate with NPC press cards 80 minutes inadvance. Thosewho hold G2 and G3 Press Cards should be seated inArea No. 3, 5 and7 in the front of the Second floor. (The thirdfloor will beclosed.) Please conclude your reporting activities 5minutes priorto the session.

　　Before and after the session, journalistsmayconduct interviews in the area below the steps out of theEastEntrance, or the area outside of the Grand Auditorium of theGreatHall of the People. Journalists may also conduct interviewswiththe Ministers sitting in on the session in the designated areaeastof the North Hall of the Great Hall of the People. Allinterviewsshould be concluded 10 minutes before the session begins.Please donot conduct interviews on the street west of the TiananmenSquarethat might lead to congestion.

　　For the journalists driving over to coverthesession, please drive through the East Entrance of theTiananmenSquare and park your vehicles in the designated parkingarea.
